about the Retainer.

We recommend thinking in quarters, not months. Every cycle of research, implementation, and testing feeds the next one. In a single quarter, you're not just running experiments. You're systematically improving the highest-impact pages on your store, learning what your specific customers respond to, and building a body of evidence that makes every subsequent round faster and more effective. Brands that stay with the Retainer for two to three quarters typically see meaningful, compounding lifts in both CVR and AOV. That said, there's no minimum commitment. It's month-to-month.
Strongly recommended. An ongoing program without a structured research base is just guessing. If you haven't done a Sprint with us, we'll complete a focused audit as part of onboarding before we start the monthly testing cycle.
It depends on your traffic. Stores with higher volume can support faster cycles and more experiments per month. Stores with moderate traffic run fewer tests, but each one carries more weight. We calibrate the pace to what your data can support.
That's still a useful result. A null or inconclusive test tells us the hypothesis was wrong, or needs refinement, which informs a better one next time. Not every test produces a winner, and any program claiming otherwise isn't being honest about how CRO works.
Yes. Higher traffic allows faster test cycles and the ability to run multivariate tests rather than simple A/B splits. If your store has significant volume, we can discuss a more intensive cadence during the discovery call.
The Sprint is the fast, high-impact phase. We come in, audit everything, and implement the most important changes quickly. The Retainer is what comes after: a steady monthly program that builds on the Sprint's foundation and keeps compounding from there.
